Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to yourself or to third parties. This is provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of data to another responsible party, this will only be done if technically feasible.

Right to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion

Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin, recipients, and the purpose of data processing, and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For questions on this and other topics concerning personal data, you can contact us at any time using the contact details provided in the imprint or at info@adventureandresearch.com.

Mandatory statutory provisions, especially retention periods, remain unaffected.

Job Applications

Personal data submitted with applications (whether unsolicited or in response to job postings) will be used exclusively to process your application. This processing is legitimized by Art. 88 GDPR and § 26 BDSG. No data will be passed on to third parties without prior discussion. Data will be deleted after the recruitment process concludes unless you have given consent to retain your data in our talent pool. You can exercise your rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, and data portability at any time.
